We could also plan your day so that you can slip into Cruz Bay, St John to pickup lunch or do some shopping. Book your St. Thomas cruise ship excursion with St. Thomas Boat Rental! We have found that for the best day, you should start at our dock which is located at Compass Point Marina. There are three main reasons for this. The seas are quite big on the south side of St Thomas, where the cruise ships come into port. Sometimes it’s too rough to make the trip to all the favorite spots in a timely fashion, sometimes the sea are just to big for our passenger’s comfort and for just a short ride in a taxi, you can enjoy at least an extra hour boating or beaching.
